Wosome Health (UAB Papildų inovacijų centras) valdo šią parduotuvę ir svetainę, įskaitant visą susijusią informaciją, turinį, funkcijas, įrankius, produktus ir paslaugas, kad jums, klientui, būtų suteikta kruopščiai prižiūrima apsipirkimo patirtis (toliau – Paslaugos). Wosome Health (UAB Papildų inovacijų centras) veikia su „Shopify“, kuri leidžia mums teikti jums Paslaugas.

Toliau pateiktos sąlygos ir nuostatos kartu su bet kuriomis čia minimomis politikomis (toliau – šios Paslaugų teikimo sąlygos arba Sąlygos) apibūdina jūsų teises ir pareigas kai naudojatės Paslaugomis.

Atidžiai perskaitykite šias Paslaugų teikimo sąlygas, nes jose pateikiama svarbi informacija apie jūsų teises ir aptariamos tokios sritys, kaip garantijos atsisakymas ir atsakomybės apribojimai.

Lankydamiesi, sąveikaudami su ar naudodami mūsų Paslaugas, jūs sutinkate laikytis šių Paslaugų teikimo sąlygų ir mūsų Privatumo politikos [NUORODA]. Jei nesutinkate su šiomis Paslaugų teikimo sąlygomis arba Privatumo politika, neturėtumėte gauti prieigą ar naudotis mūsų Paslaugomis.

1 DALIS. PRIEIGA IR PASKYRA
Sutikdami su šiomis Paslaugų teikimo sąlygomis, jūs patvirtinate, kad esate pilnametis pagal savo gyvenamosios valstybės ar regiono įstatymus ir davėte mums sutikimą leisti bet kuriam jūsų nepilnamečiui išlaikytiniui naudotis Paslaugomis jūsų turimuose, įsigytuose ar valdomuose įrenginiuose.
Norint naudotis Paslaugomis, įskaitant prieigą prie mūsų internetinių parduotuvių ar naršymą jose arba bet kokių mūsų siūlomų produktų ar paslaugų įsigijimą, jūsų gali būti paprašyta pateikti tam tikrą informaciją, pvz., el. pašto adresą, atsiskaitymo, mokėjimo ir pristatymo duomenis. Jūs pareiškiate ir garantuojate, kad visa informacija, kurią pateikiate mūsų parduotuvėse, yra teisinga, naujausia bei išsami, ir kad turite visas teises, būtinas šiai informacijai pateikti.
Jūs prisiimate visą atsakomybę už savo paskyros kredencialų saugumą ir visą veiklą savo paskyroje. Jūs negalite perleisti, parduoti, priskirti ar licencijuoti savo paskyros jokiam kitam asmeniui.

2 DALIS. MŪSŲ PRODUKTAI
Dėjome visas pastangas, kad mūsų internetinėse parduotuvėse būtų pateiktas tikslus mūsų produktų ir paslaugų atvaizdavimas. Tačiau atkreipkite dėmesį, kad tikrosios spalvos ar produktų išvaizda gali skirtis nuo pavaizduotų jūsų ekrane dėl įrenginio, kurį naudojate prisijungdami prie parduotuvės, tipo, nustatymų bei konfigūracijos.
Mes negarantuojame, kad jūsų įsigytų produktų ar paslaugų išvaizda ar kokybė atitiks jūsų lūkesčius arba bus tokia pati, kaip pavaizduota ar pateikta mūsų internetinėse parduotuvėse.
Visi produktų aprašymai gali būti keičiami mūsų nuožiūra, bet kuriuo metu ir be išankstinio įspėjimo. 3 DALIS. UŽSAKYMAI
Pateikdami užsakymą, jūs pateikiate pasiūlymą pirkti.Wosome Health (UAB Papildų inovacijų centras) pasilieka teisę savo nuožiūra priimti arba atmesti jūsų užsakymą dėl bet kokios priežasties. Jūsų užsakymas nėra laikomas priimtu, kol Wosome Health (UAB Papildų inovacijų centras) nepatvirtina jo priėmimo. Prieš priimdami jūsų užsakymą, turime gauti ir apdoroti jūsų mokėjimą. Prieš pateikdami užsakymą, atidžiai jį peržiūrėkite, nesWosome Health (UAB Papildų inovacijų centras) gali neturėti galimybės patenkinti prašymų atšaukti užsakymą po jo priėmimo. Jei užsakymo nepriimsime, jį pakeisime ar atšauksime, pasistengsime jus apie tai informuoti el. pašto adresu, atsiskaitymo adresu ir (arba) telefono numeriu, nurodytu užsakymo pateikimo metu.
Jūsų pirkinius galima grąžinti arba keisti tik laikantis mūsų Grąžinimo politikos [LINK].
Jūs pareiškiate ir garantuojate, kad jūsų pirkiniai skirti asmeniniam arba namų ūkio naudojimui, o ne komerciniam perpardavimui ar eksportui.

4 DALIS. KAINOS IR SĄSKAITOS
Kainos, nuolaidos ir akcijos gali būti keičiamos be įspėjimo. Produkto ar paslaugos kaina yra laikoma kaina, kuri galioja užsakymo pateikimo metu ir yra nurodyta jūsų užsakymo patvirtinimo el. laiške. Jei aiškiai nenurodyta kitaip, į pateiktas kainas neįskaičiuotos valstybės rinkliavos, siuntimo, tvarkymo, muito ar importo mokesčiai.
Mūsų internetinėse parduotuvėse skelbiamos kainos gali skirtis nuo kainų, siūlomų fizinėse parduotuvėse arba internetinėse ar kitose trečiųjų šalių valdomose parduotuvėse. Retkarčiais galime siūlyti Paslaugų akcijas, kurios gali turėti įtakos kainodarai ir kurioms yra taikomos atskiros sąlygos, nesusijusios su šiomis Sąlygomis. Jei egzistuoja prieštaravimų tarp akcijos sąlygų ir šių Sąlygų, pirmenybė teikiama akcijos sąlygoms.
Jūs sutinkate pateikti naujausią, išsamią ir tikslią pirkimo, mokėjimo ir sąskaitos informaciją visiems pirkiniams, atliktiems mūsų parduotuvėse. Jūs sutinkate nedelsdami atnaujinti savo paskyros ir kitą informaciją, įskaitant el. pašto adresą, kredito kortelės numerius ir galiojimo datas, kad galėtume užbaigti jūsų operacijas ir prireikus su jumis susisiekti.
Jūs pareiškiate ir garantuojate, kad (i) jūsų pateikta kredito kortelės informacija yra teisinga, tiksli ir išsami, (ii) esate tinkamai įgalioti naudoti tokią kredito kortelę pirkimui, (iii) jūsų kredito kortelių bendrovė apdoros jums taikomus mokesčius ir (iv) jūs sumokėsite patirtus mokesčius, apskaičiuotus pagal skelbiamas kainas, įskaitant siuntimo ir tvarkymo išlaidas bei visas taikomas valstybės rinkliavas, jei tokių yra.

5 DALIS. SIUNTIMAS IR PRISTATYMAS
Mes neatsakome už siuntimo ir pristatymo vėlavimus. Visi pristatymo terminai yra tik apytiksliai ir nėra garantuojami. Mes neatsakome už vėlavimus, atsiradusius dėl siuntų vežėjų kaltės, muitinės procedūrų ar nuo mūsų nepriklausančių aplinkybių. Kai perduodame prekes vežėjui, nuosavybės teisė ir rizika už jas pereina jums.

6 DALIS. INTELEKTINĖ NUOSAVYBĖ
Mūsų Paslaugos, įskaitant, bet neapsiribojant, visus prekių ženklus, firminius ženklus, tekstą, rodinius, vaizdus, grafinius elementus, produktų apžvalgas, vaizdo ir garso įrašus, taip pat jų dizainą, pasirinkimą ir išdėstymą, priklausoWosome Health (UAB Papildų inovacijų centras), jos filialams ar licencijų davėjams ir yra saugomi JAV ir užsienio patentų, autorių teisių ir kitų intelektinės nuosavybės įstatymų.
Šios Sąlygos leidžia jums naudotis Paslaugomis tik asmeniniais, nekomerciniais tikslais. Be išankstinio rašytinio mūsų sutikimo negalite atkurti, platinti, modifikuoti, kurti išvestinių darbų, viešai rodyti ar atlikti, pakartotinai publikuoti, atsisiųsti, saugoti ar perduoti jokios Paslaugose esančios medžiagos. Išskyrus atvejus, kai čia aiškiai nurodyta kitaip, nei viena šių Sąlygų dalis nesuteikia ir negali būti aiškinama kaip licencijos ar kitų teisių suteikimas jums pagal jokį patentą, prekės ženklą, autorių teises ar kitą intelektinę nuosavybę, priklausančią Wosome Health (UAB Papildų inovacijų centras), „Shopify“ ar bet kuriai trečiajai šaliai. Neteisėtas Paslaugų naudojimas gali būti laikomas federalinių ir valstijos intelektinės nuosavybės įstatymų pažeidimu. Visos teisės, kurios nėra aiškiai suteiktos čia, priklauso Wosome Health (UAB Papildų inovacijų centras).
Wosome Health (UAB Papildų inovacijų centras) pavadinimai, logotipai, produktų ir paslaugų pavadinimai, dizainas ir šūkiai yra laikomi Wosome Health (UAB Papildų inovacijų centras) arba jos filialų ar licencijų davėjų prekių ženklais. Jūs neturite teisės naudoti tokių prekių ženklų be išankstinio rašytinio Wosome Health (UAB Papildų inovacijų centras) sutikimo. „Shopify“ pavadinimas, logotipas, produktų ir paslaugų pavadinimai, dizainas ir šūkiai yra laikomi „Shopify“ prekių ženklais. Visi kiti pavadinimai, logotipai, produktų ir paslaugų pavadinimai, dizainas ir šūkiai, naudojami Paslaugose, yra jų atitinkamų savininkų prekių ženklai.

7 DALIS. PASIRENKAMIEJI ĮRANKIAI
Jums gali būti suteikta prieiga prie trečiųjų šalių siūlomų klientų įrankių, kurie yra laikomi Paslaugų dalimi ir kurių mes neprižiūrime, nekontroliuojame bei nesąlygojame.
Jūs pripažįstate ir sutinkate, kad suteikiame prieigą prie šių įrankių „tokių, kokie jie yra“ ir „tokių, kokie jie yra prieinami“ be jokių garantijų, pareiškimų ar sąlygų ir be jokio patvirtinimo. Mes neprisiimame jokios atsakomybės, kylančios dėl ar susijusios su jūsų pasirenkamų trečiųjų šalių įrankių naudojimu.
Jūs prisiimate visą riziką už bet kokį naudojimąsi svetainėje siūlomais pasirenkamaisiais įrankiais savo nuožiūra, todėl turėtumėte įsitikinti, kad esate susipažinę su atitinkamo (-ų) trečiųjų šalių teikėjo (-ų) įrankių teikimo sąlygomis ir joms pritariate.
Ateityje taip pat galime pasiūlyti naujų funkcijų per Paslaugas (įskaitant naujų įrankių ir išteklių pristatymą). Tokios naujos funkcijos taip pat bus laikomos Paslaugų dalimi ir joms taikomos šios Paslaugų teikimo sąlygos.

8 DALIS. TREČIŲJŲ ŠALIŲ NUORODOS
Paslaugose gali būti medžiagos ir nuorodų į trečiųjų šalių teikiamas arba valdomas svetaines (įskaitant bet kokias įterptąsias trečiųjų šalių funkcijas). Mes neatsakome už jokios trečiųjų šalių medžiagos ar svetainių, kurias pasirenkate atverti, turinio ar tikslumo tikrinimą ar vertinimą. Jei nuspręsite išeiti iš Paslaugų, kad pasiektumėte šią medžiagą ar trečiųjų šalių svetaines, tai darysite savo pačių rizika.
Mes neatsakome už jokią žalą ar nuostolius, susijusius su jūsų prieiga prie bet kokių trečiųjų šalių svetainių arba jūsų įsigytais ar naudojamais produktais, paslaugomis, ištekliais ar turiniu bet kuriose trečiųjų šalių svetainėse. Prieš atlikdami bet kokį sandorį atidžiai peržiūrėkite trečiųjų šalių politikas ir praktikas bei įsitikinkite, kad jas suprantate. Skundai, pretenzijos, pastebėjimai ar klausimai dėl trečiųjų šalių produktų ir paslaugų turėtų būti adresuojami trečiosioms šalims.

9 DALIS. RYŠIAI SU „SHOPIFY“

Wosome Health (UAB Papildų inovacijų centras) veikia su „Shopify“, kuri leidžia mums teikti jums paslaugas. Tačiau visi jūsų pardavimai ir pirkimai mūsų Parduotuvėje yra atliekami tiesiogiai su Wosome Health (UAB Papildų inovacijų centras). Naudodamiesi Paslaugomis, jūs pripažįstate ir sutinkate, kad „Shopify“ neatsako už jokius jūsų ir Wosome Health (UAB Papildų inovacijų centras) tarpusavio pardavimų aspektus, įskaitant bet kokius sužalojimus, žalą ar nuostolius, atsiradusius dėl įsigytų produktų ir paslaugų. Jūs tiesiogiai atleidžiate „Shopify“ ir jos filialus nuo visų pretenzijų, žalos atlyginimo ir atsakomybės, kylančių iš arba susijusių su jūsų pirkiniais ir sandoriais su Wosome Health (UAB Papildų inovacijų centras).

10 DALIS. PRIVATUMO POLITIKA
Visiems asmens duomenims, kuriuos renkame naudodamiesi Paslaugomis, taikoma mūsų Privatumo politika, kurią galite peržiūrėti čia [NUORODA], o tam tikriems asmens duomenims gali būti taikoma „Shopify“ Privatumo politika, kurią galite peržiūrėti čia. Naudodamiesi Paslaugomis patvirtinate. Naudodamiesi Paslaugomis patvirtinate, kad perskaitėte šias privatumo politikas.
Kadangi Paslaugos teikiamos „Shopify“ platformoje, „Shopify“ renka ir tvarko asmens duomenis apie jūsų prieigą prie Paslaugų ir jų naudojimą, kad galėtų teikti ir tobulinti jums Paslaugas. Informacija, kurią pateikiate Paslaugoms, bus perduota ir bendrinama su „Shopify“, taip pat su trečiosiomis šalimis, kurios gali būti įsikūrusios kitose nei jūsų gyvenamoji vieta šalyse, siekiant teikti jums Paslaugas. Daugiau informacijos apie tai, kaip mes, „Shopify“ ir mūsų partneriai naudoja jūsų asmens duomenis, rasite mūsų privatumo politikoje [NUORODA].

11 DALIS. ATSILIEPIMAI
Jei pateikiate, įkeliate, skelbiate, el. paštu siunčiate ar kitaip perduodate bet kokias idėjas, pasiūlymus, atsiliepimus, apžvalgas, rekomendacijas, planus ar kitą turinį (toliau kartu – „Atsiliepimai“), suteikiate mums nuolatinę, pasaulinę, sublicencijuojamą, neatlygintiną licenciją naudoti, atkurti, modifikuoti, publikuoti, platinti ir rodyti tokius Atsiliepimus bet kokioje laikmenoje ir bet kokiu tikslu, įskaitant komercinį naudojimą. Pavyzdžiui, mes galime pasinaudoti savo teisėmis pagal šią licenciją, kad valdytume, teiktume, vertintume, tobulintume, gerintume ir reklamuotume Paslaugas, vykdytume savo įsipareigojimus ir pasinaudotume savo teisėmis pagal Paslaugų teikimo sąlygas.
Jūs taip pat pareiškiate ir garantuojate, kad: (i) jūs turite visas būtinas teises į visus Atsiliepimus; (ii) jūs pranešėte apie bet kokį atlygį ar paskatas, gautas už pateiktą Atsiliepimą; ir (iii) jūsų Atsiliepimai atitiks šias Sąlygas. Mes neįsipareigojame ir nebūsime įpareigoti (1) laikyti jūsų Atsiliepimų konfidencialiais; (2) mokėti kompensaciją už jūsų Atsiliepimus; arba (3) atsakyti į jūsų Atsiliepimus.
Mes galime, bet neprivalome, stebėti, redaguoti ar šalinti Atsiliepimus, kuriuos savo nuožiūra nustatome kaip neteisėtus, įžeidžiančius, grasinančius, šmeižikiškus, žeminančius, pornografinius, nepadorius ar kitaip nepriimtinus arba pažeidžiančius bet kurios šalies intelektinę nuosavybę ar šias Paslaugų teikimo sąlygas.
Jūs sutinkate, kad jūsų Atsiliepimai nepažeis jokių trečiųjų šalių teisių, įskaitant autorių teises, prekių ženklus, privatumą, asmenines teises ar kitas asmens ar nuosavybės teises. Jūs taip pat sutinkate, kad jūsų Atsiliepimuose nebus šmeižikiškų ar kitaip neteisėtų, įžeidžiančių ar nepadorių Atsiliepimų, taip pat nebus jokių kompiuterinių virusų ar kitų kenkėjiškų programų, kurios galėtų kaip nors paveikti Paslaugų ar bet kurios susijusios svetainės veikimą. Jūs negalite naudoti netikro el. pašto adreso, apsimesti kitu asmeniu ar kitaip klaidinti mūsų ar trečiųjų šalių dėl bet kokių Atsiliepimų kilmės. Jūs prisiimate visą atsakomybę už bet kokius savo pateiktus atsiliepimus ir jų tikslumą. Mes neprisiimame jokios atsakomybės ir jokių įsipareigojimų už jūsų ar trečiųjų šalių paskelbtus Atsiliepimus.

12 DALIS. KLAIDOS, NETIKSLUMAI IR PRALEISTA INFORMACIJA
Kartais Paslaugose gali būti informacijos, kurioje yra spausdinimo klaidų, netikslumų ar praleidimų, susijusių su produktų aprašymais, kainomis, akcijomis, pasiūlymais, produktų siuntimo mokesčiais, pervežimo laiku ir prieinamumu. Pasiliekame teisę bet kuriuo metu be išankstinio įspėjimo (įskaitant ir po užsakymo pateikimo) ištaisyti klaidas, netikslumus ar informacijos praleidimus, taip pat keisti ar atnaujinti informaciją arba atšaukti užsakymus, jei kokia nors informacija yra netiksli.

13 DALIS. DRAUDŽIAMI NAUDOJIMO BŪDAI
Paslaugas galite pasiekti ir naudoti tik teisėtais tikslais. Jūs negalite tiesiogiai ar netiesiogiai pasiekti ar naudoti Paslaugų: (a) bet kokiais neteisėtais ar kenkėjiškais tikslais; (b) siekdami pažeisti bet kokius tarptautinius, federalinius, provincijos ar valstijos reglamentus, taisykles, įstatymus ar vietos potvarkius; (c) siekdami pažeisti mūsų arba kitų asmenų intelektinės nuosavybės teises; (d) siekdami priekabiauti, piktnaudžiauti, įžeidinėti, kenkti, šmeižti, menkinti ar bauginti bet kurį mūsų darbuotoją ar bet kurį kitą asmenį; (e) siekdami perduoti klaidingą ar klaidinančią informaciją; (f) siekdami siųsti, sąmoningai gauti, įkelti, atsisiųsti, naudoti ar pakartotinai naudoti bet kokią medžiagą, kuri neatitinka šių Sąlygų; (g) siekdami perduoti ar pasirūpinti bet kokios reklamai skirtos ar reklaminės medžiagos, įskaitant bet kokius „šlamštlaiškius“, „grandininius laiškus“, „brukalus“ ar bet kokios kitos panašios komunikacijos siuntimu; (h) siekdami apsimesti ar bandyti apsimesti bet kuriuo kitu asmeniu ar subjektu; arba (i) siekdami užsiimti bet kokia kita veikla, kuri riboja ar trukdo kam nors naudotis Paslaugomis ar jomis mėgautis, arba kuri, mūsų nuomone, gali pakenkti Wosome Health (UAB Papildų inovacijų centras), „Shopify“ ar Paslaugų naudotojams arba užtraukti jiems atsakomybę.
Jūs taip pat sutinkate: (a) neįkelti ar nepersiųsti virusų ar bet kokio kito kenkėjiško kodo, kuris bus ar gali būti naudojamas bet kokiu būdu paveikti Paslaugų funkcionalumą ar veikimą; (b) neatkurti, nedubliuoti, nekopijuoti, neparduoti, neperparduoti ar neišnaudoti jokios Paslaugų dalies; (c) nerinkti ar nesekti kitų asmenų asmens duomenų; (d) nesiųsti šlamšto, nevilioti duomenų, nenukreipti į suklastotas svetaines, netaikyti preteksto priemonių, paieškos robotų, neatlikti automatizuotos paieškos internete arba neperimti informacijos; arba (e) netrukdyti ar neapeiti Paslaugų ar bet kurios susijusios svetainės, kitų svetainių ar interneto saugumo funkcijų. Pasiliekame teisę bet kuriuo metu be įspėjimo sustabdyti, išjungti arba anuliuoti jūsų paskyrą, jei nustatysime, kad pažeidėte bet kurią šių Sąlygų dalį.

14 DALIS. SUTARTIES NUTRAUKIMAS
Mes galime savo nuožiūra bet kuriuo metu be įspėjimo nutraukti šią sutartį arba jūsų prieigą prie Paslaugų (ar bet kurios jų dalies), o jūs liksite atsakingi sumokėti visas sumas, apskaičiuotas iki nutraukimo datos imtinai.
Toliau nurodytos nuostatos bus taikomos ir po bet kokio sutarties nutraukimo: Intelektinė nuosavybė, Atsiliepimai, Sutarties nutraukimas, Garantijų atsisakymas, Atsakomybės apribojimas, Žalos atlyginimas, Atskiriamumas, Teisių atsisakymas; visa sutartis, Perleidimas, Taikytina teisė, Privatumo politika ir bet kokios kitos nuostatos, kurios dėl savo pobūdžio turėtų galioti ir po sutarties nutraukimui.

15 DALIS. GARANTIJŲ ATSISAKYMAS
Paslaugose arba per jas pristatoma informacija teikiama tik bendro pobūdžio informaciniais tikslais. Mes negarantuojame šios informacijos tikslumo, išsamumo ar naudingumo. Jūs prisiimate visą riziką už bet kokį pasikliovimą tokia informacija. Mes neprisiimame jokios atsakomybės ir įsipareigojimų, kylančių dėl bet kokio jūsų ar bet kurio kito Paslaugų lankytojo arba kito asmens, kuris gali būti informuotas apie medžiagos turinį, pasikliovimo tokia medžiaga.
IŠSKYRUS TAI, KAS AIŠKIAI NURODYTA Wosome Health (UAB Papildų inovacijų centras), PASLAUGOS IR VISI PER PASLAUGAS SIŪLOMI PRODUKTAI YRA TIEKIAMI „TOKIE, KOKIE YRA“ IR „TOKIE, KOKIE YRA PRIEINAMI“ JŪSŲ NAUDOJIMUI, BE JOKIŲ AIŠKIAI IŠREIKŠTŲ AR NUMANOMŲ PAREIŠKIMŲ, GARANTIJŲ AR SĄLYGŲ, ĮSKAITANT VISAS NUMANOMAS GARANTIJAS AR SĄLYGAS DĖL TINKAMUMO PREKYBAI, PREKYBINĖS KOKYBĖS, TINKAMUMO KONKREČIAM TIKSLUI, ILGAAMŽIŠKUMO, NUOSAVYBĖS IR TEISIŲ NEPAŽEIDIMO. MES NEGARANTUOJAME, NETEIGIAME IR NEPAREIŠKIAME, KAD JŪSŲ NAUDOJIMASIS PASLAUGOMIS BUS NEPERTRAUKIAMAS, SAVALAIKIS, SAUGUS AR BE KLAIDŲ. KAI KURIOS JURISDIKCIJOS RIBOJA ARBA DRAUDŽIA ATSISAKYTI NUMANOMŲ AR KITŲ GARANTIJŲ, TODĖL PIRMIAU PATEIKTAS ATSAKOMYBĖS APRIBOJIMAS JUMS GALI BŪTI NETAIKOMAS.

17 DALIS. ŽALOS ATLYGINIMAS
Jūs sutinkate atlyginti žalą, ginti ir apsaugoti nuo atsakomybės Wosome Health (UAB Papildų inovacijų centras), „Shopify“ ir mūsų filialus, partnerius, specialistus, direktorius, darbuotojus, atstovus, rangovus, licencijų davėjus bei paslaugų teikėjus nuo bet kokių nuostolių, žalos, atsakomybės ar pretenzijų, įskaitant pagrįstus teisininkų mokesčius, mokėtinus trečiosioms šalims dėl (1) jūsų šių Paslaugų teikimo sąlygų ar jose minimų dokumentų pažeidimo, (2) jūsų bet kokio įstatymo ar trečiosios šalies teisių pažeidimo arba (3) jūsų prieigos prie Paslaugų ir jų naudojimo.
Mes pranešime jums apie bet kokį reikalavimą atlyginti žalą, su sąlyga, kad nedelsiant apie tai nepranešus, nebūsite atleisti nuo įsipareigojimų, nebent jums būtų padaryta esminė žala. Mes galime perduoti, paskirti ar perleisti šias Sąlygas ir savo teises bei pareigas jums be jūsų sutikimo ar įspėjimo.

21 DALIS. TAIKYTINA TEISĖ
